Carter/MacKay's objective is to properly match a candidate with a client in a cost-effective and time efficient manner establishing a mutually beneficial relationship between both parties. While this may sound simplistic, it is the goal by which every recruiting firm's reputation should be judged. While most recruiting firms view their job as completed upon the delivery of an acceptable candidate to the client, we think the true test of our skills lie in the aftermath of the placement. Therefore, it is our belief that a recruiting firm cannot be judged strictly on the delivery of a qualified candidate to a client company, but more importantly must be judged on the performance in the assigned position. The ultimate goal is for our candidates to advance their careers within our clients' organizations. Outstanding performance and career advancement are the two major yardsticks that can easily enable a client to measure a recruiting firm's abilities.
