Larry Orbach began his career as an Account Executive with Carter/MacKay in 1970. He became a director of the firm in 1972, President of the company in 1974 and has continuously managed the New York office. Mr. Orbach has been instrumental in the firm's ongoing expansion program and he is actively involved in the development of new Account Executives. His responsibilities also include managing the company's New York based medical division, specializing in placing medical equipment, device and disposable product sales and management positions. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, he attended Washington University and Hofstra University. Mr. Orbach resides on Long Island.
Executive Vice President/Secretary, Bruce Green

Bruce Green has been associated with Carter/MacKay since 1976. He was initially hired as an Account Executive to recruit sales and sales management positions within the healthcare industry. In 1979 he was appointed a director of the company and launched the New Jersey office. In 1986, Mr. Green narrowed his account focus by exclusively recruiting within the medical imaging marketplace. Since 2000, his primary responsibilities have been managing the operations of the company through its four locations and maintaining an active role in the company's new business development program. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Mr. Green was employed as a Sales Representative for The Upjohn Company from 1974 until 1976. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he received his BA in Psychology in 1973. Mr. Green resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Executive Vice President, George Villano

George Villano joined Carter/MacKay in 1981. His initial focus as an Account Executive was to recruit sales and sales management positions within the computer and data communications industries. In 1985 he was appointed director of the company's Information Technology Group and launched the company's expansion into the software market. In 1993 he facilitated Carter/MacKay's initiative into emerging Internet technology companies. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Villano is actively involved with the strategic direction of the company's Business to Business division. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Mr. Villano was employed as a Sales Representative by Thomas J. Lipton Corp. from 1979 until 1981 and was a special education teacher at the High School level from 1977 until 1979. He is a graduate of Jersey City University where he received his BA in Special Education in 1976 and, after being awarded a fellowship, his MA in Secondary Education in 1977. Mr. Villano resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Vice President Carter/MacKay of Massachusetts, Michael Rowell

Michael Rowell has been associated with Carter/MacKay since 1987 when the company expanded its operation by opening up an office in Framingham, MA. Initially hired as an Account Executive to recruit sales, sales management and marketing positions within the healthcare industry, he was promoted in 1991 to manage the Massachusetts office. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Mr. Rowell was employed as a Sales Representative with Quincy Medical Supply Corp. from 1985 until 1987. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he received his BS in Health Care Administration in 1985. Mr. Rowell resides in Southeastern Massachusetts with his wife and five children.

Al Hertz joined the New Jersey office of Carter/MacKay in 1987 as an Account Executive to recruit sales, sales management and marketing positions with the objective of developing the Southeastern United States healthcare marketplace. In 1990, his responsibilities were expanded to include the opening and management of the North Carolina office. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Mr. Hertz was employed as a Sales Representative for Becton Dickinson from 1985 until 1987 and Pitney Bowes from 1984 until 1985. He is a graduate of the City University of New York, Queens College, where he received his BA with Honors in Psychology in 1984. Mr. Hertz currently resides in the suburban Raleigh area with his wife and two children.

Susan Thomas has been associated with Carter/MacKay since 1995. She was initially hired as an Account Executive servicing the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets in the New York Metro area out of our Long Island office. Based on outstanding performance and team leadership abilities, Ms. Thomas was promoted in 1997 to the position of Division Manager to further develop and nationally expand Carter/MacKay's success within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology arena. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Ms. Thomas was employed within the advertising industry by PrimeTime Publications for five years, initially as an Account Executive and subsequently as a Sales Manager. A Long Island native, she received her BS in Management from Adelphi University in 1987. Ms. Thomas currently resides on Long Island with her husband & daughter.

Karen Froio joined Carter/MacKay in 1995 as an Account Executive handling the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry in the New England area out of our Boston Metro office. Her exceptional performance and management skills lead to her promotion in 1997 to the position of Division Manager, where she has been instrumental in developing the rapidly expanding pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors for Carter/MacKay on a national basis. Ms. Froio and Susan Thomas co-manage this market segment nationally for the company. Prior to working for Carter/MacKay, Ms. Froio was employed as a Sales Representative with Infu-Tech from 1994 to 1995 and was an Exercise Test Technologist at Emerson Hospital (Concord, MA) from 1990 to 1994. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Miami and was awarded an M.S.ed in Exercise Science in 1990 after receiving her B.S. in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut University in 1986. Ms. Froio currently resides in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Matt Gallo joined Carter/MacKay in 1999. He was initially hired as an Account Executive out of our Boston office focusing on the software markets in New England and Canada. Based on exceptional performance, Mr. Gallo was promoted in 2001 to nationally develop and expand Carter/MacKay's coverage of the software and services markets. Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, he was employed as a Senior Consultant by First National Marketing, a retained executive search firm in the Boston area. Matt received a B.S. in Management from Salem State College in 1996. Mr. Gallo currently resides in suburban Boston with his wife.
